You must completely understand that what you will learn today is a product purchasing nightmare that I, ALONE HAD, (as far as I know) this may not even effect anyone else at all who would like to try out this product mentioned below. My quibble is not so much with the product itself, although purchased, I never even got to try it out, by my disappointment is towards the customer service, you know, the guys on the phone taking your credit details & dealing with my lost order & taking a vast amount of my time contacting them etc.
Here's my story.
These headlines completely drew me into reading more from this mail shot magazine that came through my letter box on the 28-01-2011-

Now as a guy myself, coming up to fifty, with family & friends suffering from prostate problems, I wanted to know more!
On closer inspection-inside the mail shot-Dr Philippe Moser-Director of Medical Research Swiss Labs tells us! “Say goodbye to Prostate problems in as little as a few weeks with POLYCERNOL.”
Here is THE ACTUAL QUOTE from the mail shot magazine!
“Only once before in the history of medicine, when Louis Pasteur announced his twin treatments for rabies & anthrax…has a single pill been discovered that could actually help you fight 2 common problems simultaneously. Wow, what a claim, I must tell you-I’m hooked.
I read the whole of the magazine. From top to bottom! Inside & out! Standing on my head! THREE TIMES-I even analyzed it, especially because I have to part with money to obtain the product-furthermore, what a fantastic TRIPLE no quibble ‘money back’ guarantee! So there should be no problem for me to at least try these amazing all natural plant extract tablets without risking a penny, plus, it tells me in the mail shot that was posted through my door, IF I ORDER RIGHT NOW, I can get myself a FREE 25,000 MILE BORG JOHNSON Multi Band WORLD WIDE Radio, WORTH £59 which I get to keep even if I don’t like the Polycernol tablets. Furthermore-I will receive ONE 15 day trial supply of Polycernol-only £5
£5-that’s all I got to pay-I couldn’t wait!
I couldn’t wait to shrink my fat old friend the prostate & enhance those eye watering raving erections once again. I suppose any guy in my position would really, especially, as I research & write concerning the subject of ED & Impotence!
Now the problems begin!
Here’s my REAL CUSTOMER PURCHASING EXPERIENCE!

Step 1: now if something is good I’ll let you know how good it is. & if something is bad, I’ll let you know how bad it is.
But for the Polycernol that I purchased-I never ever even got to even try it!
Want to know why? Want to know more? Could this happen to you? Then please read on at how I have passed away my ‘PRECIOUS’ time with this particular company!
On the 21 January 2011 I rang up the product order-line number-the guy told me the tablets cost £19.80 per month & I will receive free enrolment in the ‘managed health service’ with each trial supply ordered-& for uninterrupted service-my first 60 day supply-billed at every month- arrives conveniently with my trial 15 day supply! (For only £5) So he also sold me another supplement-
Saying that it helps the Polycernol digest even better once taken together-furthermore, if I wanted to try this new supplement, he would only charge me an extra £3.95 for the first month.
Great I thought what have I got to lose? Only £5 for the trial heh!
No, it was a well written sales piece in the magazine mail shot-but once talking to the operator-I was hooked anyway-I really wanted to try this product. It sounded amazing-‘I suggest you take it for eight months’ he said.
Conveniently, he took my debit card number & billed me a total of £31.74 & this was broken down into £19.80 for the Polycernol-£3.93 for other the supplement to aid in digestion of the Polycernol-£5 for the trial Polycernol! & the rest for postage & packaging! I assume!
So I had to pay up front although I was still expecting it to cost just £5 for the trial but I could not have the trial unless I paid the proper amount first. The guy on the phone told me they are shipped right out so please allow up to 3-7 days for delivery!
On the 2 February 2011 the cash was withdrawn from my account-£31.74
Yippee-can’t wait for my tabs to arrive! I wanted to see how it further enhances my erections as it promises too!
Ok, so all & well so far wouldn’t you agree?
Now the problems begin!
I waited 10 days
I waited 10 days & rang up the company-a lady told me-Mr Ovenstone, these tabs are coming from the USA please give it a few more day-THEY WERE SHIPPED OUT on the 31 JANUARY 2011-‘Have a nice day.’
No tabs…
I rang the company…..
I explained everything to her.
She told me-Mr Ovenstone, please allow a few more days as they were shipped out on the 11 FEBRUARY 2011????????? -‘Have a nice day.’
No tabs…
I got suspicious…
And so would you I bet?
I twitched in my chair, the phone shaking in my hand, my prostate was smarting & my erections needed love and consideration….
So I rang up again-on the 21 FEBRUARY 2011 this time I asked for her name & I also recorded the phone conversation-
I explained everything to her.
I asked Charmaine, specifically-‘DON’T TAKE ANY MORE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT-PLEASE CANCEL MY WHOLE PRESCRIPTION WITH YOUR COMPANY-THANK YOU’ She typed down a few things & I told her, because of her ongoing reassurance, that I would wait for the product THAT SHE PROMISED ME WERE SENT OUT on the 11 FEBRUARY 2011-to arrive to my address so that I may send them all back un-opened. -‘Have a nice day.’
I waited & waited……
On the 24 FEBRUARY 2011 the company took out of my account-when I specifically told them not too-when I specifically told them to CANCEL MY PRESCRIPTION! The grand total of £19.80!
My prostate was bleeding killing me by now, & don’t even ask about my penis!
BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN……
Hallelujah!
On the 25 FEBRUARY 2011 I RECEIVED A PACKAGE
Oh yes I did……
Seriously!
But was I disappointed or what, because all that came was a 30 day tub of tablets, called…

‘I want my money back-PLEASE’-I quoted the triple guarantee-she told me I have to send back the tablets-I asked to give me a returns address-she told me it was a PO BOX NUMBER-Now that, in my opinion, is a bad address to send something back to-‘I’m having a bad customer experience’-I told her-‘just let me have my money back-I need a refund, because you have TAKEN MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT ILLEGALLY-now I am incurring charges because I don’t leave money there I only use this account to top up when I want to purchase something-you see!’ -‘Have a nice day.’
‘Oh’ she said ‘So how did you find the Polycernol then Mr. Ovenstone-did you benefit from it?’
‘NO-IT HAS NOT ARRIVED-ONLY THE COLON STUFF-I WANT A REFUND PLEASE I HAVE SENT THAT BACK’
I couldn’t sleep-the night passed by the bats were howling and something deep inside my mind is bothering me-I couldn’t make out exactly what it is…..
On the 29 FEBRUARY 2011 I got up extra early & phoned up the company-I spoke to Carol once again-I recorded the conversation…..
I explained everything to her.
She told me that my original fee of £31.74 was about to be reimbursed-MINUS P&P (FOR A PRODUCT I DID NOT RECEIVE) sothat I should be refunded-£27.99-& it should reach my account in a few days????? -‘Have a nice day.’
We’ll see……
I STILL CAN’T SLEEP!
So on the 1 MARCH 2011 I rang up the company once again-this time I spoke to a lovely lady called Toni.
I explained everything to her.
She told me that I can have a refund for the second amount of £19.80 that was taken from my account TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ILLEGALLY-WITHOUT MY PERMISSION-ESPECIALLY AS I ALREADY ASKED FOR MY PRESCRIPTION TO BE CANCELLED-& NOT A PENNY MORE TO BE TAKEN OUT-only, & only when I have returned the tablets of NUTRICLEANZ-SUPPPORT-COLON HEALTH! To a PO BOX NUMBER!
So when is all this going to stop- you tell me, especially from such a big corporation of that which I am dealing with right now?
I still not have been reimbursed as of yet!
Anyway, this is my story & it is ongoing so this article will be updated as & when I hear something from WELL MAN News- or Dr Philippe Moser-Director of Medical Research. Swiss Labs or whoever is dealing & running this business this way!
I am an ordinary customer, sure I know the postal service gets it wrong from time to time but that’s not my fault now is it & I suppose it's not WELL MAN News's fault either but, as the lady on the phone took my details (phone number) she promised my she'd let head office know so I was expecting a call from them. That's what disappoints me the most.
The actual product Polycernol-may even be quite a unique find in its quest to cure the prostate & all the problems associated with it once & for all, & I sincerely believe it could have had amazing effects so therefore I would have loved to try out & recommend the product & share my research & findings with you in my brand new ground breaking e-book concerning Impotence & erectile dysfunction, concerning alternative remedies insights inspirations ideas & cures for you to try at home.

I have now received a refund for the original fee they charged me initially, minus of course, the postage cost for the parcel, that never come, I did argue this point on the phone afterwards but was talking deaf ears.
Although, I am still very annoyed they took the second fee from my account (incidentally-I was told that I could have a trial of the other supplement ((which was why the second fee of £19.80 was taken out)) I was told I can have this, for the TRIAL PRICE of £3.99 so I don't know how they charged me £19.80) Especially as it was 2 days after I rang them before any was was not to be taken out, & I told the lady customer server to cancel & do not take anything else from my account ever again.
All in all, the product may be quite marvellous & I would have loved to try it, even though it is quite expensive for a supplement, but my quibble is with the customer service & the false promises.

Sorry guys. Thw 'Swiss Labs' are well known for fantastic (literally) claims. The key to these modern snake oil merchants (robber barons?) is the lack of SPECIFIC references to any research done on thir products. They make lots 'scientific'claims,by moustachiod doctors- but it is all generalised, unscientific sales pitch! Beware! People who do this can't be trusted with your credit card information

Ordered and got product in 10days . Now on day three of trial and it works over night, no visits to the loo. Waiting to see if other claims work out . I am 72 and generally fit although libido has flagged a bit so thought I would try it . A bit concerned on refund if it does not fully work out.

If these comments are true... A person would have to be very gullable to even think about ordering this garbage .. Like a lot of other similar products on the market,,, actually none of them work.. I've tried a lot and gave up on them.

Now they've moved to Canada. Got an 8 page "report" of the fantastic results of Polycernol and decided to order the 30 day Trial Supply. Well, the minute the sales guy answered the 'phone, I knew it was a con game and he didn't even know about the 30 day Trial Supply so I politely said "I'll call back". I called about 10 minutes later and got another sales guy who didn't know about the 30 day Trial Supply and referred me to Customer Service. I called them and this guy said that the 30 day Trial Supply is really only good for 21 days and then the automatic withdrawals of my bank account start. Oh yes, the 21 days starts when they ship from Texas. Right !!! The whole scenario sounded wrong and I decided to pass on ordering anything. Sure appreciate your post.

Just this morning I received the 8 page news of the wonder pill. How do these organisations get my details, personally addressed to me from USA. I have never heard of Polycernol before and google is realy your friend. Found this on top of the list. Dale thank you for your comments, very poor customer service and only interested in getting your money.
I will try to find the pill via other reputable mail order places. Aged 62 and getting older we men need to keep the pecker going as long as possible.

Dale- I was about to order Polycernol but I did not like the way they provided the information I was asking about. I could not get a clear answer, so I hung up and called again hoping to get a better answer from someone else. Guess wat? More confusion. Then I thought of Google and read your story. It was very well writen and also quite humorous, however your point was well taken. Have you heard from anyone who got the results that they advertise? Is the problem due to faulty ordering and distribution or is the the product simply no good?

Thank you for commenting, I would like to think the problem lies with the ordering/operation/running & distribution of the products busines & not the herbal product itself, as there has been so many comments on this article already it is highly plain the product is highly popular (especially with mail shots being sent out) & hopefully someone from the company could re-invent there methods for getting the herb out to the customer after seeing these problems they are facing.
When I have received comments regarding the successful/ (or) non successful usage of what the product makers claim I will be writing about these finds from real customers. In the back of my mind I do have complete faith for Polycernol & the relief of the prostate & one day, I would love to hear a success story.

Just read your amusing comments on Polycernol. Wish I had seen it back in march. Frankly I have received their capsules (which I may say in my opinion are completely useless) Their charges were coming so thick and fast that I still don't know if I received what they charged me for. Anyway, I was so concerned at the indecent haste at which they were taking my money that I phoned and told them to cancel my order. In fairness they adhered to my instructions and there were no more charges. I then returned the empty cartons in accordance with their guarantee (I would have been quite happy to send full cartons had they not insisted on them being returned to America in spite of the fact they had been sent to me from an adress in the UK). Subsequently hving been debited with 6 amounts totalling £142.44 they refunded me four amounts £87.00 in all. I waited a couple of weeks and phoned them to ask when I could expect the rest of my money and was given some cock & bull story saying they wrer still in the process of dealing with it. A couple of days ago I phoned again only to be told that I had not returned all the cartons. I told them I had returned all the cartons sent to me and demanded they returned the rest of my money. It was then I had the phone slammed down on me. Quite frnkly these people are not worth talking about. I have had other glossy leaflets claiming miracle cures for various complaints all the same format eg. £5 trial (some trial) Free Radio etc. Once bitten twice shy I am asking my credit card company to try and recover the balance of my money but I am not holk=ding my breath.
Wow T Reniwck, I sympathise with you, after actually trying the product out, without satisfactory results for your condition, then asking for a refund as on their terms & conditions, & then to be messed around, having back what is rightfully yours, is quite a shame to say the least.
Thank you for your input, your personal experience is a goldmine of information to others, this company actually needs to take a closer look at itself, get their facts right, adhere to their own policies, even though, things 'could' get lost in the post, but in hindsight, you asked them to stop taking money, asked for a refund, then, with cartons empty or not, they should still stick to their guns & become a proper internet/mailing business by looking after their customer.

Further to my recent posting I have now heard from my credit card company who, as I suspected, are unable to help as I cannot prove that I sent all the cartons back.
Interestingly I came across a web site "mensblogtalk,com"containing comments as to the merits of Polycernol. Out of a total of 44 only
2 (4.55%) commented favourably. 24 were dissatisfied (54.55%). Hardly a ringing endorsement,not even a tinkle. 18 (40.91%) were unsure. Of the latter most were leaning towrds the unfavourable and, indeed, one person stated "How do I get a refund its not working". Clearly this one should have been included as dissatisfied.I should mention that thes comments were made about the product but in some cases they were obvviously aimed at the people i dealt with who are ??? I am tempted to send these stats to a PO box in the USA. It will be a waste of time and postage of course but I will get a certain amount of satisfaction in trying to penitrate their unbelievably thick skin.
Incidentally, has anyone ever received their free radio?

I ordered Plycenol, took a botle of maybe 20 pills and they weren't doimg me any good,and I quit taking them. But that's not the half of it, I receiced two more bottles on the 27 September 2011, the very next day I called and wan't to return it and they would return this crap, I guess I wiuldn't eithter.

I was actually on the phone with the order department and the order girl was giving all the speel about 30 days etc. when I scrolled down reading all the trouble you guys were having and believe me, like a lot of us with similar problems, we all want something to HELP, but go through all that MESS and then it doesn't work....I don't need anymore of that. This company is a scam. I got their advertisement from "Dr. Philippe Moser" in the mail unsolicited. It promised a miracle cure for enlarged prostate. Looked interesting, so I did a quick look on the Internet, found an encouraging site about polycernol, but didn't notice that it was a BioGenetics site [the American distributor] until later. The advert said Moser would "send a 30 day Trial Supply to everyone who calls 1-800-215-0118 within the next 10 days" Later, it stated that Polycernol was scheduled for "full nationwide release in the United States within the next 3 to 6 months, at which time it will retail for a special introductory price of only $69.95 for a full 30 day supply." Then, it said "However, if you are over 30 years of age...and you respond within the next 10 days, you are entitled to receive a 30-day trial supply...without risking a single penny." I'm literate with a M.A. in History, so I naturally interpreted that to mean that I could get a free sample, try it out for a month, then if I was satisfied, buy more. After all, it was hyped as a miracle drug; any reputable business that believed in its product would sensibly offer free samples. Right? Wrong. I called the number and got an arrogant 24-year-old, who told me nothing is free, and tried to sell me a six month supply. I challenged him on the wording of the advert, and he said they weren't in business to give out free samples. "They weren't a charity," he added, sarcastically. I hung up, and the young begger had the nerve to phone back and say we must have been cut off. I let him have it then; I was so furious, and told him I would never order a thing from a company that operated that way, regardless of the worth of their product. Afterwards, I checked and found this site. I also found out that the only reference to Dr. Erik Ask-Upmark and Polycernol was at a BioGenetics site. I did find another Dr. Erik Ask-Upmark, who was a real Swedish doctor born in 1901. Do you think he could still be alive at 111??? These scammers are multiplying out there, and they are preying on older people with medical issues. If this post prevents just one sale to those ?*!!& frauds, I will be happy! HI I ORDERED THE POLYCERNOL FROM A SMOOTH TALKING SALESMAN, ALSO TRYING TO SELL ME OTHER PRODUCTS. I PAID FOR TWELVE MONTHS SUPPLY. IT ARRIVED IN 8 DAYS I HAVE BEEN TAKING IT FOR SIX DAYS NOWAND FRON 3 TRIPS A NIGHT TO THE TOILET IM DOWN TO ONE. IT WORKING FOR ME AS FOR THE HARD ON NO CHANGE AS YET

Hello Ron, thanks for your input posting here, please let us all know how you get on further down the course you are taking as it will be really interesting to discover if prostrate health alone actually does help with the erection problems too.
Type into your search engine 'The Healthy Penis Guide. The Prostate: The Penis: The Mind: Eradicating Erectile Dysfunction' & get the download from smashwords.com because, I am constantly updating this book & you will get all the latest info as it appears.
I have experimented & tested all these implications too, you will discover many things inside that just may help you & not just only for your prostrate health.
Obviously, there is a little more to creating erections than prostate health alone, such as the ability to relax (mentally & physically) sufficiently when in the company of your lady, the correct blood flow to the area of the groin etc; that sensation one feels down below, & more importantly, your own 'self' confidence when hanging out with the lady ready for the act to take place.
Performance anxiety (having something to prove, as a man, but mainly, failure clouds his mind before anything has the chance to take place) can be the most major factor concerning sexual excitement (the thought of failure) & as long as there are no real major medical deficiencies or issues (such as, the correct thought of desire from the mind igniting that spark, the neurological pathway from the brain travelling down the nervous system so that spark of desire reaches your important bits creating that pang of excitement, maybe the lack of blood flow surging where it is needed the most preventing gorging of the member, an injury around the lower back or within the never region preventing the sensation reaching, or medication that prevents erections taking place because of side effects, alcohol & a bad diet etc;) but all in all, once these factors are sorted (if it is not too late) the mind, (what you are thinking & the pressure you put upon yourself) is usually the biggest sabotage'r of such acts to occur, if you can obtain an erection all by yourself alone, then there is defo help there & erectile dysfunction can more than likely be sorted by a few mental tweaks.

am I glad I read your experience, I was going to send for this "wonder" product, but wont bother now.by the way, now they have your card details they can take money out evey month, the only way to stop them is to cancel your card with your bank & apply for a new one, if I were you I wouldn't hang about, do it now. you will probably have to write off what you've already paid but
dont let them take any more.I hope everybody thinking of sending for this product reads your experience.
