Especially within ones confidence mentality as feel good chemicals within the brain are produced & released thus, adding up to one’s personal feel good factors in everyday activities whilst over a short period of time, energy simply, is generated through practicing this 5 minute exercise daily whilst creating more vibrancy & get up & go within, that portrays outwards, besides enhancing bodily look good factors physically, thus invigorating confidence even more so in one's standing & life’s role & abilities here on earth & within this DVD, I show you simple progressive core exercises you can follow along with me & practice them in the comfort of your own home for free & without having to attend the gym.
Did you know, if you are struggling to lose weight, you simply have to burn up more energy than the intake of food & liquid you ingest? Your metabolism must rise! You simply must become more active.
Also, many seem to think that they cannot do these exercises because they will tire easy because they haven’t got the energy to start in the first place, without the understanding that ‘the more you do, overtime, the more you will be able to do!’
Mainly, there is a slight problem in the fact that some folk cannot even begin a routine of ‘starting to do a simple workout in the very beginning!’
By this I mean, they cannot become motivated enough to actually set about a little time & dedication each day or evening to start an exercise regime & for this, I hope I will become your motivator & you follow along with me as you watch & listen but realize this, once you do start for the very first evening or morning, you will feel the slight burning sensation in the muscles incorporated, then, once you do the same exercises tomorrow, slowly, but surely, you will therefore become slightly addicted to practicing this exercise regime as your brain releases appropriate chemicals to feed your need to do more.
Incorporated also I take in a few simple stretching exercises that you too, should practice with me, because I am a major follower of the importance of stretching & the benefits produced over time. Did you know, as we grow older, we become less flexible, in fact, because of this, we then start the cycle of becoming ‘stuck’ & the more stuck we become, the harder it is to become ‘unstuck!’
It does not really matter what level of exercise you are at, even if you are a complete beginner because these exercises I share with you are progressive, it is highly likely that you will not damage yourself as you are using your own body weight & no equipment & very importantly, I show you simple warm-ups (this is actually the basis of this exercise plan as they are slow & progressive.)
Within the exercise video I share with you many secrets to lose weight & to become fitter, enhancing your energy levels extremely adequately whilst training your core muscle groups so that you will hopefully, you will become fitter & enjoy your life even more so.

Hi Dale,
You are right about the laziness and lack of motivation that many people face when it comes to taking care of their bodies through exercises.
But in fact it's all just a matter of a simple routine that you can adjust to your lifestyle.
And it actually doesn't take that much for one to keep fit.
I have watched your video and what I've seen are my own already popular ways of 'Trim Bum-Lose Fat-Shape Legs-Strong Back-Vibrant Energy-Core Body Exercise' like you call it :-)
They are incredibly effective and simple to do and can be done anytime and anywhere around home, without even much effort needed to be honest.
No need to join that expensive gym! LOL :-)

i really loved this hub. You give great advice and the exercises must really work. I usually swim a lot and this seems to be a good exercise to do at home also. voting up!
